Why are your data collected? We collect your data for general business purposes and to give execution to the offer your purchase: Offer, Performance, Invoicing of Language Services, as well as inbound marketing activities. There are circumstances in which ID would not be able to follow up on your requests without certain Personal Data, for example, because a Personal Data is required to process your orders, to provide you with access to a web offering or newsletter or enrol you in our automated booking system. In these cases, it will unfortunately not be possible for ID to answer your request without the relevant Personal Data.
How are your data collected? We collect your data when you contact us through the Web Site, subscribe to our blog, contact us via e-mail, are publicly enrolled in a marketplace or anything which is necessary to perform our service.
For which purposes are your data processed? Your data are processed for the performance of our services within the necessary IT infrastructure. We do not sell your data to other parties. Your personal data is kept according to the policies followed by the provider of the tools we use, which are Zoom, Google Analytics, Hubspot, Xero.
All data provided voluntarily by you has your implied consent.
Forwarding your Personal Data to other companiesb: ID may transfer your Personal Data to other entities in the ILT Group, which are Interlanguage Translation Ltd., ILT srl, Interpretdirect Ltd. and ASAP Globalizer GmbH.
Embedded Web Links: Emails from ILTGROUP may use links designed to lead you to a relevant area on the Web, after redirection through Hubspot’s servers. The redirection system allows ID to change the destination URL of these links, if necessary, and to determine the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives. In emails, such links may also allow ID to determine if you have clicked on a link in the email, and the information about this interaction may be connected to your personal identity. If you do not want ID to collect information about the links you clicked, you can simply choose not to click on the links or unsubscribe to our blog.

ILT Group does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data on a child under the age of 13, we will delete that data from our systems.
